Shipping Policy

*Free shipping on orders over $100 for all other items.

Once your order is submitted, it may take 1-2 business days to process and ship as our paint is tinted to order.

To ship our orders, we use Canada Post or FedEx and do not guarantee delivery time.

We currently ship Canada-wide. 

*Some restrictions apply for shipments to remote and outlying areas within Canada. Shipments to remote locations within Canada are subject to additional charges and may be delayed in shipment. Shipments to remote and outlying locations may be restricted due to our winter shipment guidelines.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at 1-(289) 724-4270 or by email and include  CANCELLATION OF ORDER in the subject line of your email, along with your order number so that we may verify the status of your order as quickly as possible. If the status of your order is still early in the process, we will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel it.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charge, and the cost of returning the package to Digby Paints. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.
